Justin Kelly- Owner of Dublin Landcapes
As an art major I grew up only imagining myself in a rewarding art and design career. My forte was always drafting and industrial design. After having my daughter at a young age I left art college behind me shifted my focus to a degree in Landscape Management and Design.
My landscape career started 13 years ago in landscape construction and I can't see my life without it. My artistic talents are being used everyday, just on a larger scale than I initially imagined. I take pride in making sure that every project that I build is well designed,fully functional and well constructed.
Although my work consumes my life I have to admit that I do it all for my family. I don't think I have a single customer that doesn't know a story or two about my kids.
Our Employees
Our employees are "our" employees. We do not use subcontractors for our work. If we use a subcontractor, for something like electrical work, it is expressly stated in our proposals and contracts. All employees are aggressively vetted and we have a zero tolerance policy for substance abuse of any kind. Our employees are fully aware that we are to treat the property of each customer with the respect that it deserves, as I like to say "even though we are working outside, they are still inviting us into their home".
Our foreman have a minimum of 5 years of hardscaping experience and we are constantly continuing our training to stay on top of the newest construction methods and materials.
